Anna D’Andrea graduated in Philosophy at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Since 2021 she is lecturer in the department of Fashion & Textile Design at IAAD - Istituto di Arte Applicata e Design in Turin. Since 2015 she also works as freelance designer specialized in textile design, interior decoration and visual storytelling. She is currently member of the Experimental Philosophy Lab at the University of Messina and member of XPRAG.it, an Italian network of experimental pragmatics. Her research interests include metaphors, visual metaphors, visual narratives and the relation between language, art and design.
